The Best Crop

Of all the growing areas in the world, Washington State's Puyallup Valley boasts the most favorable climate for growing fresh rhubarb. And to ensure that it arrives in top condition, growers carefully grade each stalk to ensure uniform color, size, and flavor.

Two Seasons

Washington rhubarb is grown in fields and hothouses. The field season runs from March to August, Hothouse from January to April. Field shipments average 65,000 20 lb. boxes per season. Hothouse in excess of 35,000 15 lb. boxes.

Available Frozen

Seventy percent of the rhubarb crop is frozen using the individually quick frozen process. Frozen product is available 365 days a year.
